Thank you for shopping with Curvy Birdy Boutique! We love bringing you the latest styles, but before purchasing a preorder item, please take a moment to review our preorder policy.

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

A preorder is an item that is not currently in stock but has been ordered from our vendor specifically for our customers. When you place a preorder, you are committing to purchase that item.

PREORDER CANCELLATIONS

All preorder purchases are considered final once the order has been submitted to our vendor.

• Preorders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with our vendor.
• We cannot accept cancellations simply because you change your mind, find the item elsewhere, or decide you no longer want the style, color, or fit.
• Please carefully review your selections before placing your order.

• Preorder items are eligible for returns once you have received your item, in accordance with our standard Return Policy. Please review our Return Policy for details, requirements, and return timeframes.

Because we place orders with our vendors based on customer commitments, we cannot routinely cancel items.

ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES

All arrival dates are estimates provided by our vendors and are not guaranteed.

Occasionally, vendors experience production, inventory, or shipping delays that are outside of our control. We will keep you updated if we receive information about significant delays.

Please understand that preorder items may arrive earlier or later than originally anticipated.

SHIPPING & MIXED ORDERS

If your order contains both ready-to-ship merchandise and preorder items, your entire order will be held until all preorder items have arrived.

If you would like your ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

OUT-OF-STOCK OR CANCELED VENDOR ITEMS

Occasionally, a vendor may sell out of an item or be unable to fulfill an order. If this happens, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Please be sure you are comfortable with the estimated arrival timeframe and our preorder terms before completing your purchase.
