Return Policy Guidelines

As someone who frequently shops online, my priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, I am happy to facilitate returns if needed. I encourage you to review our return policy guidelines to learn more about the process of returning items that may not meet your expectations.

  • Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Please be aware that swimsuits are also considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
  • For all other items, returns are only eligible for online store credit and do not include the original shipping costs. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with the gift card return amount, minus shipping fees. Please allow 3-4 business days to process your return from the date we receive the item.
  • It is important to note that returns must be postmarked within 15 calendar days from the delivery date as stated on the USPS website. Any items returned after this 15-day period will not be accepted.
  • I strongly suggest returning the item with a tracking number for added security.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition with tags attached. Items that appear to have been washed or worn, contain pet hair, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or have an odor of perfume or smoke will not be accepted for return.
  • If your return does not comply with the aforementioned guidelines, please refrain from returning it. In the event that your return is not accepted, you will have the option to pay for return shipping or the item will be donated to charity after 15 calendar days of our receipt. 
  • Exchanges: In the event that you require a different size for the exact same item and color, I am pleased to offer an exchange if the desired size is available in my inventory. You must submit your exchange request to customerservice@curvybirdy.com within 15 calendar days from the delivery date stated on the USPS website. If the requested size is unavailable, you will be provided with store credit in the form of a gift card. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, both for sending the original item back and for receiving the new item.
  • Although all items are manually inspected for defects before shipping, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please notify me within 5 business days. Upon verification of the defect, you will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price of the item, as well as the original shipping cost.
  • Kindly ensure that the shipping address for your order is accurate and complete. Please note that I cannot replace items that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to an error in the address information provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to double-check and confirm the accuracy of your shipping address before placing your order.
  • Curvy Birdy Boutique cannot be held liable for carrier-related delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please note that optional insurance coverage is available through Route Ship at the time of purchase, which can provide additional protection against carrier-related issues. The shipping fee for Route is paid directly to Route Ship.
